Air-tec PROCH94I1EXT induction cooker from the Professional line is equipped with a hob with 4 induction zones controlled via sturdy metal knobs. Multi-zone technology allows you to combine two zones to create a larger one, suitable for large pans. The electronic oven has 11 cooking functions: from ventilated to static, to grill, up to fast preheating and pizza function. The digital electronic programmer provides immediate feedback on the oven functions.
The integrated 10-speed hood, controlled via the appropriate knob, can be installed in extraction or filtering mode. The motor and the suction system are 100% protected against accidental water leaks from the pans. The Automatic function allows you to independently adjust the suction power of the hood, depending on the number of active cooking zones.
