It is in fact possible to weigh directly in the pot, at any temperature level, adding the ingredients one after the other during the cooking phases. Functions:
WEIGHTZING: it is possible to weigh the pot and its contents progressively zeroing the value to add other ingredients and know the total final weight.
TARE FUNCTION: allows to weigh the ingredients one at a time, going over the zero each time a new one is added.
HOLD FUNCTION: keeps the selected weigh in memory.
POSSIBILITY TO SELECT THE UNIT OF MEASURE
The interface of NikolaTesla Libra is extremely intuitive to use thanks to a single direct slider that controls the cooking and suction functions.
The scale has a dedicated user interface that allows its use even when the product is completely off.Just place a pot to activate the weighing function.
